Are your toys safe for young children?
Yes! All our toys meet safety standards and are suitable for children aged 3 and above when used as directed. Always check the age recommendation on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across the UAE. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free delivery on all orders over AED 199! Orders below that have a flat fee of AED 15.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at 056 549 2976 and we'll guide you through it.

Do you sell wholesale?
Absolutely! We supply retailers, schools, nurseries, and more. Message us on WhatsApp with the products and quantity you need.

Can I visit your store in person?
Yes! We're located at the Dubai Spice Souk, Al Ras, Dubai. Come visit us any day from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
