Set up an outdoor water-balloon activity with this brightly coloured refill pack. The package photo shows three pre-attached bunches of small balloons in green, yellow, orange and pink, with a connector used for filling. Its front is marked 111 water balloons total and promotes a quick connect, fill and self-seal method. The advertised 60-second fill time is a package claim and will vary with the water source and setup.
