To request toys in bulk, start with the product or category and say whether your quantity means pieces, packs or cartons. Sharifco Toys can help clarify the packing and prepare a quote. You can send a quick first enquiry even if you have not worked out every item yet.
1. Choose the items or explain the project
For an exact product, send its link, model or SKU. If you are still choosing, tell us whether the order is for a shop, school, nursery or event and the type of toys you are looking for. Start through the wholesale enquiry page or WhatsApp; a complete spreadsheet is not needed for the first conversation.
Useful starting collections include die-cast vehicles, RC toys, educational toys and UAE National Day activities.
2. Separate pieces, packs and cartons
“I need 100” is incomplete without the unit. One carton is not a standard number of toys, and a multi-piece product is not necessarily a carton. Packing quantities must be confirmed for each selected item.
| Term | What it means | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Piece | One individual item | Is one piece the quantity I need per recipient? |
| Pack or set | A group of items sold together | How many pieces or complete activity packs does it contain? |
| Display box | A presentation box that may hold multiple items | How many items are in this particular display box? |
| Carton | An outer shipping box with a product-specific packing quantity | How many packs or pieces are in one carton for this SKU? |
For example, the Vintage Classic Pickup Truck Set is listed as 12 trucks in one display box. Two of those sets contain 24 trucks. This does not establish how many display boxes come in an outer carton.
3. Calculate complete activity packs for a group
The UAE National Day Egg Painting Kit is listed as 24 decorative eggs in 12 mini packs of two eggs. Each mini pack contains four paint colours and a brush.
If 24 children will each receive one complete mini pack, you need two listed sets: 24 mini packs and 48 decorative eggs. Counting only the total eggs would give a different result from counting complete packs. These are decorative craft ornaments, not food.
For a school celebration, our National Day school buying guide compares the activity options and explains more quantity checks.
4. Share the delivery location and required date
Tell us the destination city or country and when the order is needed. Availability, packing, delivery arrangements and lead time depend on the selected products and quantity. Ask us to confirm those details for your quote before planning an event around them.
The website’s standard shipping information is a useful reference for ordinary online orders. Confirm the timing and charges separately for a bulk order or an export enquiry.
5. Check the quote line by line
- Correct product, SKU and selected variant.
- Quantity unit, pieces per pack and confirmed carton packing where relevant.
- Price basis: per piece, per set or per carton.
- Whether VAT and delivery charges are included, and the total payable.
- Availability, dispatch or collection arrangements, and payment terms.

Common wholesale questions
Does every toy have the same minimum order?
Ask for the minimum quantity for the selected product. Do not assume the same carton size or minimum applies across the catalogue.
Can I request a mix of different toys?
You can ask for a mixed-product quote. Confirm the packing and any minimum quantity for each item before ordering.
