Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sharifco Toys. We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries.

UAE Delivery

Standard UAE delivery is AED 15 for orders below AED 199.

Free UAE delivery is available on orders of AED 199 and above.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. UAE delivery usually takes 2–3 business days depending on the delivery area, courier availability, and order volume.

GCC Delivery

We may offer delivery to selected GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

GCC shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. GCC delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or local fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Sharifco Toys may contact customers by phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. This may be required for Cash on Delivery orders, high-value orders, incomplete addresses, or suspicious/fraud-risk orders.

If we cannot confirm an order or reach the customer, we may delay or cancel the order.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address.

Sharifco Toys is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, does not answer, provides incorrect information, or refuses the order, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation of the order or restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Delays

We do our best to deliver within the estimated time, but delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs processing, stock issues, payment verification, or events outside our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by Sharifco Toys.

Damaged Packages During Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order with your order number and clear photos or videos of the package and product.

We may request the product and packaging to be kept for inspection before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.
