We do our best to display product information, prices, images, descriptions, colors, sizes, age recommendations, and availability accurately.
However, product packaging, colors, accessories, and small details may vary slightly from photos due to supplier updates, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing changes.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and processed. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if an item is out of stock, incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced, or unavailable.
Pricing, VAT, and Errors
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise shown. Prices include UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate where relevant. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
For orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Sharifco Toys reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, stock errors, or checkout errors at any time. If an order is affected by an error, we may contact the customer to confirm, adjust, or cancel the order.
Promotions, discounts, and offers may be changed or removed at any time without prior notice.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
We may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. If we cannot confirm your order or if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, we may delay or cancel the order.
Sharifco Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, failed payment, failed order confirmation, or repeated failed delivery attempts.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale, bulk, and trade orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and return conditions agreed in writing. Where separate wholesale terms apply, those terms take precedence over these Terms of Service.
Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment methods may vary depending on country, order value, and availability.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must prepare the full payable amount at delivery. We may contact customers to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery is subject to maximum order value limits set by our delivery partners. Orders above these limits may require prepayment. Cash on Delivery may not be available for all locations or all products.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, location, public holidays, customs processing, order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Sharifco Toys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or incorrect phone numbers.

Sharifco Toys reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return conditions.
Toy Safety and Age Recommendations
Some toys may contain small parts, batteries, electronic parts, magnets, or other components that may not be suitable for all ages.
Customers are responsible for checking product age recommendations, packaging warnings, and safety instructions before giving a toy to a child.
Adult supervision may be required for some products.
