Return and Refund Policy
At Sharifco Toys, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return and Exchange Period
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Undamaged

In its original packaging

Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and free gifts if included

In resellable condition
Sharifco Toys reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used toys

Items damaged after delivery

Items missing packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, or labels

Items not in resellable condition

Items returned after the return period

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or handling reasons once opened
Some toys may contain small parts, batteries, electronic components, or sealed packaging. Once opened, these items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

A description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, Sharifco Toys may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the situation.
Please do not throw away the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may need them for inspection.
Return Shipping
Return delivery charges may apply unless the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Sharifco Toys.
If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect delivery information, the customer may be responsible for delivery, return, and re-delivery charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed by bank transfer, store credit, or another method agreed by Sharifco Toys.
Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery fees, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed error by Sharifco Toys.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternative product, or a refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated according to the return and refund policy.
Sharifco Toys reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity, failed payment, failed order confirmation, or incorrect customer information.
