Who operates Sharifco Toys?
Sharifco Toys is the ecommerce website of Sharifco Trading Company. The company runs the retail and wholesale business in Al Ras, Dubai.
Do you have toys that aren't listed online?
We may have toys in our Dubai shop or warehouse that are not listed in our online catalogue. Send a photo, product name, item number or description on WhatsApp at 056 549 2976. Our team can check current stock and share photos, available options, prices and quantities. Availability is confirmed after we check. Ask about an unlisted toy on WhatsApp

Are your toys safe for young children?
Age suitability varies by product. Please check the product page, packaging and recommended age before purchase or use.

How long does delivery take?
Most UAE orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UAE orders of AED 199 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below AED 199 have an AED 15 delivery fee.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept eligible returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at 056 549 2976 and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Sharifco Trading Company supplies retailers, online sellers, schools, nurseries and other businesses in the UAE and selected GCC countries. Carton quantities are available on selected products. The supplied pack and pieces per carton vary by item and are confirmed with your quote. Use our wholesale enquiry page for first contact.
How do I request a quote for a school or bulk order?
The wholesale form only needs your basic contact details to start. If you already have a shortlist, send the product links or item numbers, quantities, delivery location and event date through the optional item/category field or on WhatsApp. State whether the quantities are individual pieces, packs or cartons. Our team will confirm packing, availability and pricing.
Can I visit your store in person?
Yes. You can visit Sharifco Trading Company in Al Ras, Dubai Spice Souk. Store hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM–8:30 PM. Sunday closed. Browse the online catalogue before visiting, or send us a photo or item name on WhatsApp to check stock that is not listed online.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent when available by email or WhatsApp.
